I would rate this at 5 stars, because it's so useful, but I had to replace the part after about 2 years. The threaded shaft that attaches to the iPad holder stripped and was rendered useless, hence the new part. I believe this section of the adapter is made out of aluminum, so it's not as durable as steel and will wear out with normal use.
