So here it is.
Turns out this actually works great with my iPad Pro 11! Though, it was difficult to get it in at first, but once i learned and read the instructions on the back, it was much easier the second time around. i was truly skeptical at first to purchase this, hence the price tag. But i'm glad i purchased it. Works great with my otterbox case, fits my tripod, and im recording. That's what i was looking for. And, i did look at few other less expensive brands, wasn't impressed with them. And, I did purchase a few plasticy ones on amazon prior to finding this. They all got returned. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mount that will last you and not one made of plastic.
The customer services was above and beyond. I had an issue with my shipping needs and the response from the customer service was fast and extremely helpful.
